Return Policy

SECTION 1 - RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return.

SECTION 2 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made or personalized items, gift cards, and products sold under final clearance. Please contact us before initiating a return to confirm eligibility.

SECTION 3 - RETURN PROCESS
To complete your return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

SECTION 4 - REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

SECTION 5 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with details and supporting images if needed.
